For beginning a journey toward health, balance and a harmonious life, Ben Speaks provides FREE consultation to support individuals and families to find and access appropriate local resources.

 

Our approach to the issues young people are facing in our world today (bullying, severe anxiety, depression, drug & alcohol abuse, self-injury) is to strengthen self-esteem and self-worth from the inside out. In addition to the numerous therapies available through conventional medical means, there are many holistic approaches available in our own local communities that teach valuable tools to help kids learn to love themselves and take responsibility for their thoughts, words, feelings and actions.
